Ordering and payments

All prices are listed in USD, and all orders must be paid in full before production of the product is begun.

We accept Apple Pay, Credit/Debit cards, Afterpay, and Klarna.

There are card processing fees.

All sales are final and non-refundable once production begins.

Custom orders and processing time

Processing time varies from 1 to 5 business days, depending on design, complexity, and traffic flow.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizes and photos. Graced by Gracie is not responsible for sizing mistakes, and no resizings or refunds will be issued. Use our Sizing Kit for best results.

SHipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS, and shipping times vary depending on location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once it has shipped. All products will be packaged with care and quality.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because the sets are custom to each individual, all sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving it.

Refunds will only be issued if there was a mistake made on our end.
